It's 2025 and Vuk did a thorough maintenance review and found a major problem that could have ruined the furnace. He showed me exactly what the problem was. He had to round up a part which he did same day and installed same day. He was quick and thorough and was an excellent communicator.
Vuk pointed out my water heater was almost 20 years old and way past its life span. Dylan from Bell installed a new water heater next day. Dylan explained the entire process and showed up what needed to be upgraded to meet code. He was very efficient and got the job done in record time. Bell always sends expert people out to do their jobs. Have used them for many years (decades)
Apr 15, 2025 Bell's Nick Abeyta responded to an emergency plumbing call from me to fix a leaking water shutoff valve. He also fixed bathroom sink problem. Two problems; one quick visit; same day. Extraordinary!
Jun 2025. Micah McClanahan,electrician converted my kitchen to LED and did troubleshooting and repair on a wonky bathroom ceiling fixture in the shower. He was very thorough and professional. Great cleanup job. I am very happy

July 2025. Washing machine hookup needed replacing for new washing machine. Bell's Nate Shearer came next day. Fix was accomplished quickly. Main shutoff upgraded too. 5 stars as always.
March 2026. Levi worked on my bathroom sink drain. The problem was more complicated than I thought. Levi explained that the solution would need to be a fairly big project because a section of old pipe would need to be replaced. Rooting could not fix it. Levi explained my options very well. He went as far as he could today. I now have a plan to do the fix in the future. Thanks, Levi!

I was able to make an informed decision on a new high efficiency furnace with the results of the profile and after Vuk pointed out that a new humidifier would be included on top of the membership discounts. Bell also identified a window in two days to install the new furnace and wall thermostat and to make all necessary connections to the existing AC system. All of this is at what I consider to be a reasonable price that reflects value-added for my home not to mention peace of mind.
- (Previous Review) Tomas M. performed a minor toilet rebuild (replaced the fill valve and steel mesh water supply line) for our older toilet that was refilling very slowly after flushing. The whole procedure took less than one hour and he even applied a 10 percent senior discount for my mom. We called Bell Plumbing & Heating based on past episodes of excellent service and we certainly weren't disappointed this time.
- (Previous Review) Rustin J. from Bell Plumbing & Heating performed an exemplary installation of our new water heater on short notice (and on a Saturday!). He showed up about an hour after I contacted Bell about our 2008 era water heater that stopped working. Rustin examined it, restarted the pilot light and explained that it could fail again as the heater was the end of its design life. He provided a very competitive estimate for a replacement and was able to remove the old one and install the new one within three hours ! He was also very professional. Rustin patiently explained in detail what the installation would involve and he clearly knew what he was doing. We have tremendous peace of mind now that the new water heater is up and running. I’m kind of patting myself in the back that I contacted Bell Plumbing and Heating this morning on the chance that they could send someone out to look at it let alone replace it on a weekend. This standard of service is all too rare these days.
