Licensed Master Electrician for Electrical Department Management Position

Bell Plumbing & Heating Company) is currently looking for an exceptional residential electrician to manage our team of electricians. To be considered for this rare opportunity, you must have a minimum of 5 years residential electrical experience, Active Masters Colorado electrical license, Proficiency with NEC and Denver Metro Area Codes, enjoy working with the public, and the ambition to grow a young electrical department.

Our Electrical Department Manager will be responsible for:

· Serving our customers in their homes by resolving their electrical needs
· Assisting in new Electrical, HVAC installations and Kitchen & Bath Remodels
· Estimating residential and light commercial electrical and lighting installations
· Managing and coach our growing team of service and installation electricians
· Collaborating with our plumbing, HVAC and remodel departments to insure production consistency · and an excellent customer experience
· Scheduling of subcontractors when needed
· New product research and procurement
· Negotiate and resolve all customer concerns
