Spring Is Here- Time to check those pipes!

Welcome to Spring, Colorado!  Although it is officially Springtime, we all know how Colorado’s weather can act up for the latter part of March, which is usually our snowiest period of the year.

This is great for those beautiful Spring skiing days, but can create a lot of stress on your home.  The large fluctuations in temperature and moisture can crack a lot of seals in your home’s plumbing and/or doors, windows, siding.

Spring is a good time to check your pipes again to see if you find any leaks or cracks in seals on your pipes, especially those close to the outside of your house or in the basement.  If you do see any problems or aren’t sure if there is a crack, give Bell a call and we’ll check it out.  It’s always better to be safe than sorry when it comes to your home’s plumbing.
