Abilene St. in Aurora (just off of I-225 and Iliff Ave.) or call the parts counter to ask a question about a repair they're trying to make themselves. Our parts counter was built for the do-it-yourselfer. Granted, there are some problems that can't be handled over the phone, but our counter is staffed with experienced, technical people…. Not high school kids. Feel free to pick their brains – they'll tell you if an on-site visit is wise. But hey, if they can save you a service call and the money that goes with it, we're pretty sure you'll remember us when you do need that service call.
